March 2025 - System Updates
Audits Feature:
- A new dashboard focused on Process Audits, featuring charts that will appear on the homepage. Company admins can choose between this and the classic homepage.
- Every process can have an audit process started. This takes a snapshot of the current process information and allows Non Conformances and Observations to be recorded against individual tasks.
- If any actions are required, these can be created and assigned to users to be completed before the audit can be closed out.
- At every stage in the above, action and approval notifications will be sent to the relevant users.
Additional Updates:
- Improvements to the email sent when sharing a process.
- Both homepage views now offer enhanced customisation options (e.g., font styles, hyperlinks).
- Standards can now be imported via an Excel template.
February 2025 - System Updates
- Each revision now stores all of the process details against itself rather than only the reason as to why the revision was done. This allows you to go back and see how a process has changed after each revision.
- One revision can be marked as the current/active revision. This will be the one displayed by default through the system.
- Editors/Admins can switch which revision is the active one at any time.
- New revisions will take a copy of the current revision and start in a draft state so changes can be made before ‘publishing’ to the rest of the user base.
- Any existing revisions prior to this update will not be visible or made active as the history was not previously stored.
January 2025 - System Updates
- Tasks are now moved by clicking and dragging rather than using the arrow icons.
- For every grouped item there is now an option that allows you to move that item to a different group.
- New option “Send Process” on the Process screen. This allows you to share a process via email to other users in the system.
